Il nostro club del libro
Uno degli appuntamenti più coinvolgenti della Libreria Palazzo Roberti è il Tè con i libri, il nostro club del libro. L'incontro prevede che i partecipanti leggano tutti uno stesso libro. Al momento del tè vi è prima lo scambio di pareri sul libro letto e poi Lavinia presenta tre nuove proposte di lettura, tra le quali si sceglie quale sarà il libro da leggere per il mese successivo. Tra una proposta e l'altra Stefania Andriollo, Tea tester preparatissima e appassionata, ci delizia con tre dei suoi tè pregiati, dei quali non potremmo più fare a meno.

I partecipanti al club hanno inoltre diritto allo sconto del 5% su tutti i libri presentati da Lavinia ai tè.

Quello del "Tè con i libri" è un momento di relax, un'occasione per scoprire nuovi romanzi, sorseggiando pregiati infusi. E' gradevole, è appagante; fa stare bene. Per tutti questi motivi è uno degli appuntamenti più attesi della libreria.

Volete sapere come è nato?
Un giorno Lavinia, a Parigi per un weekend con sua figlia Virginia, è andata a visitare la preziosa “Shakespeare & Co.”, più che una libreria un affascinante gioiellino stipato di libri: tra gli spazi angusti delle sue salette si era accomodato un lettore, forse un autore, che intratteneva alcuni avventori con la lettura di un libro. A Lavinia ha dato una tale idea di tranquillità che ha pensato: “perché non farlo anche in libreria da noi, con i libri che più ci sono piaciuti?”. Di ritorno l’ha proposto alle sue sorelle che l’hanno trovata un’ottima idea, purché la si accompagnasse con qualcosa di buono, un ottimo tè!
A Bassano c'è un negozietto che vende solo tè, la cui proprietaria è talmente preparata e brava (ha studiato 10 anni per diventare teatester) che quando vi racconta i suoi infusi ad ascoltarla non si vede l'ora di essere a casa a confortarsi con un buon libro e una calda tazza in mano. Si chiama Adoro The, e lei è Stefania. Quando l'abbiamo scoperta l'abbiamo portata in libreria perché ci aiutasse a fare di questo evento un momento davvero speciale, ormai è un'amica e il connubio è perfetto.

Our Book Club
One of the most engaging events at Palazzo Roberti is Tea with Books, our book club. The meeting involves participants reading the same book over the course of one month, so that there may be an exchange of opinions during teatime. Lavinia then presents three new reading proposals from which we choose the book to read in the following month. In between the various suggestions, Stefania Andriollo, who is a trained and passionate tea tester, delights us with three of her finest teas, which we could no longer do without.

Club participants are also entitled to a 5 percent discount on all books presented by Lavinia at the tea gatherings.

Tea with Books is a moment of relaxation, an opportunity to discover new novels while sipping fine brews. It is enjoyable, it is satisfying, it simply feels good. For all these reasons, it is one of the most anticipated events at the bookstore.

Would you like to know how it came about?
One day, Lavinia, who was in Paris for a weekend with her daughter Virginia, visited the precious Shakespeare & Co.: a charming little gem crammed with books. It was so much more than a mere bookstore. Immersed the packed spaces of its small rooms sat a reader, perhaps an author, who entertained some patrons with a book reading. It gave Lavinia an idea of such tranquility that she thought: "Why not do it in our bookstore as well, with the books we most enjoyed?" On the way back she proposed it to her sisters, who found it to be a great idea, as long as it were accompanied with something good, like a great cup of tea!
?There is a little store in Bassano that sells only tea, whose owner is so knowledgeable (she studied 10 years to become a teataster) that when she tells you about her infusions you can't wait to be home, treating yourself to a good book and a warm cup of tea in your hand. The shop’s name is Adoro The, and she is Stefania. When we found out about her, we brought her into the bookstore so she could help us make this event very special.
As she is now a friend, the combination is perfect.?
